Shipping
Where do you ship? We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and select international destinations. Orders are shipped using USPS and UPS, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We use real-time carrier rates from USPS and UPS for both domestic and international orders.
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after processing
- Canada orders: 5–10 business days after processing
- International orders: 7–21 business days after processing
Will I have to pay duties or taxes? For international orders, duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s import regulations. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my item? We accept returns for store credit only. To request a return, contact us at info@abcd.gift within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. Return requests must be approved before shipping anything back. Items must be received within 7 days of return approval.
What items are final sale? All sales on T-shirts, hats, skateboards, bags, accessories, footwear, and discounted items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders
Can I cancel or edit my order? Orders cannot be changed once placed. Contact us immediately if something's wrong and we’ll do our best to help.
I didn’t get a confirmation email—what now? Check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it after an hour, email us with your full name and order number.
Drops & Restocks
When is the next drop? Drops happen without warning. Follow us on Instagram @abcd.gift or join our newsletter for early access and updates.
Do you restock sold-out items? Most pieces are limited and won’t be restocked. Some staple items may return periodically.
Sizing & Product Info
How do I find my size? Refer to the sizing chart on each product page. If you need help, email us with your height, weight, and fit preference.
What if something I received is damaged? Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details — we’ll make it right.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
